This position's pay rate begins at $17 to $20 an hour based on experience - Must be 18 or older to apply. This is an in-office job from 9 am to 5:30 pm M-F. Rare evenings and weekends may be requested for special events, such as store openings.

Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Marketing with planning, executing, and tracking marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and manage content for social media channels, specifically Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Training and communicating with Social Media Coordinators
Create content for monthly email marketing campaigns.
Update website content monthly.
Respond to all Google Reviews and social media comments daily.
Create video content and radio scripts for in-store promotions.
Organize and manage inventory of marketing materials and prepare monthly orders from stores for delivery.
Record weekly video to inform team members of important information.
Any other task requested by the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
Proficient with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
Experience using Google Drive - Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Highly developed time management skills; able to prioritize and stay on task without close supervision
Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Able to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs
At least 1 year of experience with email marketing
At least 6 months of experience working in the Meta Business Suite
Experience using Canva
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Google Ads preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred or 3 years in a related field
