Amazon University TA, Recruiting team is seeking a talented Recruiter that will support hiring for Campus talent.

In this role, you will: -

  • Partner with the business teams across to understand hiring needs
  • Build innovative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results and make recommendations for improvements

The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. They must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. Thriving in a fast paced environment and having a strength in problem solving will be critical to success in this role. The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross functional partners, and centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
  • Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the Amazon, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
  • Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
  • Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience

Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience

Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring

Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups

Experience in client relationship and reporting out data insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $109,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
