Full-Time Nanny – Morristown, NJ (North Jersey)

A family is seeking a dedicated, long-term professional nanny to provide care for our three children, ages 7, 5, and 3. All children attend school full-time with consistent drop-off and pick-up schedules. This is a split schedule position, and guaranteed forty hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $30–$35 per hour, negotiable for the right candidate

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week, which includes nanny responsibilities and family assistant duties (laundry and grocery shopping)

• Nanny car provided for transporting the children

• Parking available at the family’s home

• Two weeks of paid vacation

• Five paid personal/sick days

• Six major paid holidays:

• Christmas

• Christmas Eve

• Thanksgiving

• Day after Thanksgiving

• Easter

• Labor Day

Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday:

• Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am (arrive at 7:00 am, school drop-off at 8:30 am)

• Afternoon/Evening: 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm (school pick-up, homework, dinner, bath, and bedtime routines)

• Family Assistant Hours (Laundry & Grocery Shopping): Additional hours will be scheduled during the week and confirmed once the candidate is hired.

Responsibilities:

• Driving children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments

• Preparing and serving simple, healthy meals and snacks for the children

• Assisting with homework and evening bath and bedtime routine

• Maintaining children’s bedroom, play areas, and closets clean and organized

• Grocery shopping

• Laundry

• Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for both children and household

• Maintaining open communication with family

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional nanny experience caring for toddlers through school-aged children, including experience with multiple children at once

• Applicant must have their own vehicle to get to and from work

• Should live within 30 minutes of Morristown, NJ

• One year commitment minimum

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must maintain a professional appearance
