**Summary**
Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for driving results and delivering exceptional customer-focused programs? Were looking for a dynamic Project Manager to guide a team of cross-functional experts in achieving our strategic and operational goals. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and execution of project and program strategies, ensuring we consistently deliver value to our business and customers. This position offers flexibility with opportunities to work across different geographies and time zones, including both in-person and remote options.
**What You'll Do**
- Drive results in a fast-paced, evolving environment by leveraging team collaboration and a disciplined approach.
- Work effectively with staff and management at all levels to ensure project outcomes and deliverables are met. Influence management teams to align on goals and objectives.
- Model business cases, analyze resource allocation impacts, and review program proposals to define timelines, funding, procedures, and staffing requirements.
- Oversee large-scale projects with a focus on scoping, costing, benefits realization, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Lead formulation of project framework, project structure, and plan as required
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, negotiating with multiple stakeholders to drive the best outcomes for the business.
- Manage multiple concurrent programs using project management discipline and facilitate group sessions across diverse teams and functions
**Who You Are**
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills and can present information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
- Youre a self-starter, and a problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a focus on achieving results.
- With 7-10 years of relevant experience, you excel in managing complex projects, transferring products, and introducing new business and products.
- Youre proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and experience with Smartsheet is a plus. Knowledge of program financials and technical engineering terminology is essential. Experience in the Electronics industry is preferred.
- Knowledge on design principles (e.g., Lean, DFA, FMEA) to enhance quality and efficiency across projects.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
