• Club fitting experience

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with members, guests, and team members.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for the game of golf and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

PGA Member/PGA Apprentice preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily management of golf operations.
• Provide outstanding service to members and public golfers by managing check-ins, tee times, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Support the coordination and execution of golf events, maintaining a high standard of organization and guest satisfaction.
• Perform walkthroughs as Manager on Duty to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Assist in the merchandising of the shop by ensuring it remains clean, organized, and regularly refreshed, while also supporting end-of-month inventory counts and stock management.

Instructional:

• Deliver golf instruction at the highest professional standard
• Assist, observe, and support Senior & Master Instructors when teaching
• Assist with junior golf programs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour.
• Instructional Income
• Opportunity to earn commissions for outing gratuities, memberships, club fitting sales, repairs, and regripping.
• Full-time/Seasonal position requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
