Are you a seasoned graphic designer with a passion for creativity and a track record of delivering visually stunning designs? Our expanding marketing department is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced creative to join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Graphic Designer.

MITY is an award-winning manufacturer of professionally designed highly durable products. Trusted worldwide, The MITY brands (MityLite, Holsag & Bertolini) are found in banquet, meeting, and event venues in the hospitality, education, government, senior living, healthcare and church markets.

Broda seating falls under the MITY umbrella, manufacturing wheelchairs that make it easier for caregivers to provide optimal care with less stress on the client and the caregiver.

We are in need of a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creation of marketing and sales materials across print and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to produce brand-consistent visuals that support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement.

We need an experienced individual who can brainstorm and create solutions to meet our needs as the world leader in our industry. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in graphic design and be well versed in creating graphic content that helps educate consumers about products and drive sales. A portfolio of work is required to interview for this position.

NOTE – This is a structured Hybrd position. All applicants must be located within a reasonable commute to our Orem office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with our Creative Director to implement highly creative and strategic content across multiple brands and channels, including digital, print and video
• Convert complex technical ideas into simple yet easy-to-understand designs
• Create product merchandising materials based on established styles and uses
• Design and create graphic content for email and social media campaigns
• Conceptualize and create new sales and product materials
• Offer new ideas, concepts, and designs to drive new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional graphic design experience required
• Previous experience as a graphic designer is highly desirable
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — Motion graphics & video experience a plus but not required)

• Strong time/project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, pivot, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts
• Ability to work in a team and possesses collaborative conceptual thinking skills
• Professional attitude with an upbeat positive outlook is a must
• Patient, attentive, goal-oriented focus, with the ability to handle surprises and be flexible, possessing the ability to welcome and embrace change
