Position Summary: T&L Seamless Gutters is seeking both a Lead Gutter & Siding Installer along with other team members, to join our busy crew. We are looking for hard-working and dependable individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to lead a team or for motivated individuals to learn a valuable trade and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
For Lead Installer:
Lead a small team in the safe and efficient installation of siding or seamless gutters, gutter guards, soffit and fascia.
Manage job site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing excellent customer service.
Train and mentor assistant team members on installation techniques and safety protocols.
For All Team Members:
Install seamless gutters or siding and related products on residential and commercial buildings.
Work safely and effectively at heights on ladders and scaffolding.
Use power, hand and specialty tools with proficiency.
Lift and carry heavy equipment and materials (e.g., gutter coils, ladders).
Follow all company and job site safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Required Qualifications:
For Lead Installer:
Proven experience in seamless gutters, siding or related exterior construction installation.
Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site logistics.
Knowledge of safety best practices for working at heights and with construction equipment.
For All Team Members:
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Felonies will not automatically be a disqualifier.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in gutter or siding installation is preferred but not required for assistant positions.
Familiarity with seamless gutter machines and tools.
Skills in siding repair and installation.
