Your responsibilities will entail:

• Sales - driving club's sales growth.
• Service Excellence - providing members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.
• Leadership – motivating and leading team members to bring their best every day.
• Community Outreach - organizing and conducting events to build community awareness, foster goodwill, and drive new memberships.
• Facility Excellence - ensuring that the gym's equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.
• Customer Service - communicating with members and guests and providing impeccable customer service

• Positive, genuine, and passionate – you enjoy helping others and sincerely care about their health and wellness.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Excited to learn all the facets of running a gym, including club tours, fitness consultations, personal training sessions, lead generation, and member retention.
• You have 1+ years of related experience in a similar role.
