About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a financial strategy that aligns with the company's vision and long-term goals. This includes leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize resources and drive growth, as well as implementing robust controls and metrics to monitor performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial standards, engaging with auditors, managing tax documentation, and coordinating regulatory reporting. The Head of Finance will oversee treasury functions, liquidity management, and payment flow optimization, and will be instrumental in defining and developing neobank product and technology specifications. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A proven track record in senior financial leadership, particularly within banking, fintech, or related industries, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech ecosystem is a must, and experience in regulatory affairs and relationship management with financial regulators would be advantageous.
