About the role The role would involve running the Maths department, contributing to ideas for resources, and supporting the other teachers within the department. The role would also involve some teaching. The role is for a September 2025 start, but interviews are due to take place in the next few weeks. About the school The school is a hugely renowned Independent school based in the Ealing Borough. The school is fairly centrally located and is close to local tube and bus routes. The role is a permanent role and they are looking to start the candidate from September 2025. Requirements To be considered for the role of Head of Maths required for a popular Independent school located in West London you will: QTS or QTLS would be ideal, but the school is open to Overseas Qualified Teachers. A degree or equivalent education. Be compassionate, understanding, and caring. At least two to three years of UK secondary teaching experience. Experience of running a department previously or being an ambitious 2iC. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
