Head of Sales & Marketing – MSP Growth Catalyst
Join a fast-growing, niche Managed Service Provider ready to scale beyond Texas. We're seeking a dynamic sales and marketing leader to drive expansion, energize our brand, and build a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the charge in scaling our MSP—new markets, new clients, new revenue
Build and mentor a sales & biz dev team from the ground up
Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, and digital campaigns
Shape service offerings and go-to-market strategy using modern tech tools
Own client onboarding, discovery, and qualification processes
Present KPIs, forecasts, and growth metrics to leadership
What You Bring:
Proven success growing a small-to-mid-sized MSP
Passion for sales, marketing, and business development
Charisma, grit, and exceptional communication skills
Experience with AI/ML, SEO, social/email marketing, and tech stack selection
Bonus: Industry ties in manufacturing, oil & gas, logistics, or construction
