Overview of the Healthcare Recruiter Role:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring regulations and organizational policies.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications for the Healthcare Recruiter Role:
• Previous recruitment experience with a healthcare focus is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and credentialing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
