GQR – Healthcare Recruiter - Nursing/Acute Care

Hybrid - In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Weekly

8 AM - 6 PM Daily Schedule

This position is to join the GQR Healthcare team as a Healthcare Recruiter in our Downtown Austin, TX, office. This dynamic 180-recruitment desk role involves connecting Clinical Professionals with contract staffing opportunities at healthcare facilities nationwide. You will play a key part in sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in healthcare positions.

The Opportunity:

• Source, interview, and build lasting relationships with Nurses (RNs) and other Healthcare Clinicians via phone.
• Engage and qualify Healthcare Clinicians to match their expertise with open short-term contract roles at facilities across the country.
• Prepare and present qualified candidates to Facility Hiring Managers and ensure a smooth placement process.
• Manage the offer process and oversee pre-start compliance to ensure successful and timely placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clinicians throughout their contract, delivering exceptional candidate care and facilitating future placements.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of healthcare staffing experience (preferred) or 2+ years of agency recruitment experience with a focus on contract placements across various industries.
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding KPIs with a strong production history.
• Familiarity with the US healthcare system and healthcare staffing industry trends and markets.
• An athlete's mindset: competitive, self-accountable, action-oriented, and confident in thriving within a high-performance, results-driven environment.
