Position Summary
We are hiring our first internal team member to lead the Clinical division. This is a critical, full-desk recruiting role responsible for sourcing, recruiting, submitting, and account management within our healthcare vertical. The ideal candidate is experienced in clinical recruiting, highly organized, and thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for RN, Allied, and Therapy roles within large hospital systems and regional partners
- Source, qualify, and submit candidates through MSP/VMS platforms
- Manage account relationships, hiring manager communication, and job intake
- Oversee onboarding, credentialing, and compliance alongside back-office partners
- Collaborate with leadership to grow the Clinical division into a high-performing business unit
- Track recruiting metrics and ensure consistent pipeline delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience in the clinical/healthcare space
- Proven success in a full-desk recruiting model
- Experience working directly with MSPs and VMS platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting team
- Familiarity with staffing tools (Bullhorn, ShiftWise, Aya Connect, etc.)
- Existing network of healthcare professionals
