We are looking for a Help Desk Support II specialist to provide high-quality IT support to both local and remote users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on troubleshooting, enjoys working with the latest technology, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide front-line support for IT-managed systems, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and manufacturing hardware Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and 11 systems using manual or scripted imaging Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD accounts, including user provisioning and file share permissions Monitor and maintain desk phones, smartphones, printers, and other IT equipment Troubleshoot networking issues, including IP addressing and subnetting Ensure automated patch management to keep systems updated and secure Project Leadership and Continuous Improvement Take ownership of projects and contribute to improving IT support processes Collaborate with team leads to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices Work towards standardizing and optimizing IT workflows What Makes You a Great Fit Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users Excellent communication skills and patience when working with team members at all technical levels Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, networking, and troubleshooting IT hardware and software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects effectively Work Schedule and Additional Expectations Availability to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed Participation in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support Opportunity to collaborate with an innovative IT team where your skills and contributions make a real impact This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology, contribute to key projects, and be part of a team that values continuous improvement and technical excellence.
