What We're Looking For

Benchmark is hiring a Help Desk Technician I to assist with the operation and maintenance of the bank's IT Help Desk system. Works in conjunction with the IT Manager and the IT Support Specialist while assisting with the overall troubleshooting of the bank's hardware and software platforms. Provides customer service while utilizing good communication skills when working to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange.
• A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with others to solve problems.
• Organized individual with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated individual that enjoys supporting a team
• Time management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude is required and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• A minimum of three years' IT experience, help desk experience preferred

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Full-time, working Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Every third Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Physical presence is an essential job function of this role. Office is based in Kenbridge, VA.
