SWA Groups Laguna Beach studio is seeking an exceptional Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with approximately 610 years of professional experience who is eager to take the next step in a design-driven, globally connected practice. The ideal candidate brings a refined design sensibility, confidence in leading projects, and strong technical and project management capabilities developed through work on a diverse portfolio of public and private landscapes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelors degree in landscape architecture, masters degree preferred.
• Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture or ability to obtain a license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong graphic and presentation skills.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating project management of full services.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Positive attitude and sense of accountability.
• International project experience, particularly in the Middle East or South Asia, is highly valued.
• Interest or experience in business development with strong client relationships.
