Hot Tub Technician – Join Central Alberta’s Highest-Rated Spa Team!

Location: Red Deer & Area (based out of our Red Deer shop)
Company: The Hot Tub Man Ltd.
Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Position
Compensation: $20–$30/hr (depending on experience) + bonuses, fuel allowance, benefits, commission, and perks

We’re growing fast and looking for another motivated Hot Tub Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair hot tubs, pumps, heaters, jets, plumbing, and electrical components
• Perform drain & cleans, winterizations, and chemical treatments
• Deliver and set up new spas and Cold Plunge units
• Communicate clearly with customers and the office team
• Maintain accurate service notes and uphold The Hot Tub Man’s professional reputation
• Work independently in all weather — rain, snow, or shine
• Sell hot tubs, if you're open to it (high commission rates)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with hot tubs, pools, plumbing, or electrical work preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with hand tools
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Problem solver with a “figure-it-out” attitude
• Friendly, professional, and trustworthy with customers
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Bonus: prior experience specifically with hot tubs
