Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst is a highly collaborative role that works with HR and all other business units to meet their information needs and is responsible for the administration and reporting of all HR systems. This role will ensure the HRIS system is accurate, functional, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HRIS/HR, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

HRIS System Management

  • Administer and maintain HRIS system (UKG), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure proper functionality and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage access control to ensure proper security and confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Data Management and Reporting

  • Create, maintain, and modify HRIS reports, dashboards, and queries to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and other stakeholders
  • Support the development and distribution of HR-related metrics and reports
  • Ensure data accuracy of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and employee records

Training and User Support

  • Provide training and support to end-users across the organization
  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials for the system
  • Serve and point of contact for HRIS-related queries

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3+ years of general HR experience
  • 2+ years of HR system experience as an administrator of the platform.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Cognos, etc.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee and company data in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
  • Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

  • Experience using UKG human resources software.
  • Experience in project management methodology.
  • HRIP or related HR Certification

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional overnight travel required. 

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • Additional hours may be required (exempt positions). 

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
