Job Details
Actively hiring for HVAC Controls Technicians for multiple locations in Arkansas. The Controls Technician is responsible for the installation and repair of control systems. They will also apply judgment and discretion when dealing with the testing and repair of these systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform necessary point-to-point check-out, commissioning, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures on building automation systems, front-end workstations, servers, electric and pneumatic controls.
Troubleshoot and repair building automation system panels, including communications equipment, printed circuit boards, power supplies, electrical/electronic controls, sensors, and transducers.
Efficiently edit computer programs for building automation system points such as determining conversion patterns, defining point acronyms, and/or soliciting alarm specifications from operating personnel.
Perform any assigned preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency service calls.
Maintain project-related documentation including but not limited to commissioning documentation, daily reports, as-builts and status reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
Willingness to be in the field locally at client sites roughly 80% of the time.
Familiarity with one or more of the following BAS systems: Schneider Electric, Siemens, JCI, ALC, Trane, Delta Controls, Distech, Honeywell, or other
Experience with Tridium Niagara is a plus
