- Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the P&L, managing budgets, controlling costs, analyzing financial data, and identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational savings.
- Team Empowerment & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of managers, technicians, and support staff. Foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and accountability, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Customer & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing escalated issues, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer loyalty.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of progressive management experience in the HVAC or home services industry, with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and achieve ambitious goals.
- P&L Mastery: Extensive experience managing profit and loss statements, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
- HVAC Expertise: A deep understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, technologies, and best practices, including current industry standards and regulations.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, adapt to market changes, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey vision, provide clear direction, and build rapport with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
