Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years (3 with a MS in Computer Science) experience in Java development
Minimum of 3 years' experience in J2EE (e.g. EJB, JSP, hibernate/JPA, Servlets, Portlets)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in FileNet (preferably 4.X or higher)
Experience with database access technologies (e.g., SQL) including DB2 and Oracle
Familiarity with client side UI technologies (e.g., HTML,CSS, Ajax/Dojo, JavaScript)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with the SDLC (Plan, Define, Design, etc.) in order to work outside of Agile where necessary. This will help at times when capturing/translating business needs (into technical capabilities and requirements, etc.)
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with UML (unified modeling language)
Familiarity with software management methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile Development-Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with software engineering design patterns and best practices
Familiarity with community frameworks (e.g., Spring, Struts, Hibernate)
