I mmigration Paralegal

The Nemecek Firm. is seeking a detail-oriented, driven individual, who is looking for a career as a paralegal.

***This is not a remote position. In order to qualify for the position, a candidate must be willing to work at our office in Columbus, Ohio. To qualify for this position, candidates must have a bachelor's degree. Fluency in English at a native level is also required.

The paralegal will assist attorney(s) in the preparation and filing of immigration applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and a strong passion for helping immigrants. Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.

Key job duties include:

• Communicating with clients and third parties to obtain documents.
• Reviewing documents from clients.
• Drafting forms and legal documents for attorney review.
• Tracking tasks and managing deadlines.
• Learning and understanding immigration processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree + at least 1 year of office experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English at a native level.
• Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
• Strong writing and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 per year
