Vanguard Healthcare Staffing is a family owned and operated permeant placement recruitment firm that specializes in the healthcare space. We are seeking a talented individual to assist ours clients in finding qualified candidates for open roles.

As an Independent Healthcare Recruiter, you will work as an independent contractor, sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals, including sales representatives, laboratory staff, revenue cycle management, etc., at various laboratories. This role is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify qualified healthcare professionals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, availability, and fit.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment progress.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet licensing and credentialing requirements as required by healthcare facilities.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and placements to the agency's leadership.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry or experience healthcare sales representative looking for a new challenge
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
