HCT is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to serve as the Interim Executive Director of Oncology for a cancer center that operates multiple ambulatory sites within a large health system in Illinois. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with the ability to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational oversight for all ambulatory oncology areas. Coordinate activities across hospitals, satellite centers, and affiliate operations. Oversee strategic planning, including space utilization, provider recruitment, and staff management. Lead business planning processes, including budget and capital planning. Qualifications: Education: Master's degree required. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting, with at least 7 years of leadership experience. Proven track record in building integrated, successful multidisciplinary cancer programs and leading clinical research initiatives. Skills: Expertise in marketing, public relations, financial planning (budget and capital), and experience with Epic and Microsoft Office Suite.
