About the Role

The Company is seeking a Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs to serve as the Chief Academic Officer and a key member of the President's cabinet. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, adapting, and implementing an evolving academic vision for the institution, as well as developing strategies to achieve that vision. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with the executive cabinet, faculty, and staff within a shared governance framework. The Provost will oversee all academic programs, curriculum, academic planning, and budgets, and must provide leadership and inspiration for academic deans and faculty in teaching and learning initiatives. Additionally, the Provost will be tasked with reviewing, improving, and enforcing all academic policies.
