Award-winning independent internal medicine practice in Lutherville seeking to hire an intelligent, conscientious and team-oriented internal medicine physician to join two Hopkins-trained physicians and our team.

This is a part-time position with three to four half-day sessions per week, designed for a medical doctor who is willing to share a practice while building a practice and has the desire to practice with us long-term.

Green Spring Internal Medicine has won three national awards related to our expertise in advanced primary care models, advanced EHR technology, performance improvement and multi-disciplinary team-based care.

Our ideal candidate would be tech-savvy, passionate about patient care and excellence in internal medicine, and interested in collaborating with our team to make healthcare work better for our patients. She/he would be able to use EHR for real-time documentation and note completion during a visit, ability to capture quality metric data, interest in managing a patient population using health IT tools, motivated to improve healthcare delivery, bright, collaborative, conscientious and devoted to the comprehensive care of complex patients. 8 to 10 visits per session. We are open to candidates with a special area of interest in weight management though proficiency and interest in general IM is required.

Required: Active State of Maryland License, ABIM Board Certification

Starting salary: Sign on bonus, $200,000-$250,000based upon sessions/week with revenue-based, performance-based bonus option.

Other benefits: relocation expenses and/or sign-on bonus, CME and licensure expenses covered, malpractice insurance, partnership potential, health and dental insurance, paid vacation, Simple IRA matching retirement program.

TeleVisits and some work from home available; though this is primarily an in-person position.
