We are excited to introduce our AI Trainee Program at FocusKPI, Inc. This 3-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing AI solutions through real-world projects under the mentorship of our experienced team. Throughout the program, you'll receive technical guidance to enhance your skills and practical knowledge. Successful completion may lead to a paid internship opportunity.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer Trainee to assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our AI-driven tools. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and developers to design user-friendly experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient with Figma and have a basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in designing user interfaces for AI-based tools and platforms using Figma.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and developers, to ensure the design aligns with project requirements and user needs.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
Apply user-centered design methodologies to create intuitive and efficient user experiences.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications :
Proficiency with Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have :
Basic understanding of user research and usability testing.
Experience working with AI-driven tools or data-intensive platforms.
Knowledge of design systems and responsive design.
