Junior Commercial Litigation Associate – Growth-Focused Role | Dallas, TX
An established Texas-based law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with at least one year of law firm experience to join its litigation team in Dallas. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated litigator to gain hands-on trial exposure, collaborate with experienced litigators, and build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda on complex commercial disputes.
• Conduct legal research and manage court deadlines and filings.
• Assist in preparing deposition summaries, witness materials, and trial exhibits.
• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of commercial litigation experience in a law firm.
• Active member of the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
