An Am Law firm in New York City is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its dynamic disputes team. Work on complex business litigation matters and gain hands-on experience across high-profile cases and arbitration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents in complex commercial litigation matters.
• Manage discovery processes, including interrogatories, document production, and subpoenas.
• Assist in preparing witnesses, deposition outlines, and trial exhibits.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on substantive business and procedural issues.
• Support mediations and arbitrations alongside senior attorneys.
• Maintain accurate case timelines and ensure court procedural compliance.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Strong writing, legal analysis, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and e-filing platforms.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
