Job Description

INVEXOS is seeking a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You'll work closely with our mid-level and senior engineers to build business-critical systems including AI/ML, CRM, financial data integration, and reporting platforms. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience building real products that directly impact our business operations. Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future What You'll Do Feature Development : Build new features across our tech stack, from database to UI, under the guidance of senior engineers API Integration : Help integrate third-party services and ERP systems into our platform Bug Fixes & Maintenance : Troubleshoot issues, write tests, and improve existing codebases Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality Database Work : Write queries, design schemas, and optimize database performance with mentorship Collaborate : Work directly with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputable university OR Experience : 1-3 years of professional software development experience at a top-tier tech company (Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Stripe, etc.) Programming Fundamentals : Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Full-Stack Basics : Experience with at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or Go) and React (preferred) or similar frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Angular) Database Knowledge : Understanding of SQL, relational database concepts, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
