Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist senior project managers in overseeing projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines, within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Help develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project progress, update project documentation, and report on project status to senior project managers.
• Assist with organizing meetings, creating agendas, and documenting meeting notes.
• Support project delivery by identifying potential risks or issues and assisting with resolutions.
• Maintain project-related documentation and ensure all records are updated and compliant with internal procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management or a related field (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
