The Supplier will be providing strategic executive project management services to the Displays and Docks leadership team to define, implement, and continuously manage on-going projects and operating cadences across the organization and its internal partners.
Project Scope
Define, implement, and continuously manage an on-going internal projects and operating cadence across the organization
Collaborates with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, support the design of new or improved processes of significant complexity, and understand business/customer impact.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization on their inputs and materials needed for all executive forums and meetings
Develop business agendas with guidance and proposes strategies and solutions when conditions change including staff meetings, calendar, reviews, and communications
Deliverables:
Weekly report to communicate strategic process decisions and plans, program status, issues, and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with the top level of the business, function, or market.
Identify, track and report out on key metrics including understanding the story behind the numbers.
Prepare contextual data and executive PowerPoint slides to equip leadership staff at key executive meetings weekly.
Supplier will provide personnel with following qualifications and skills to provide the service:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications, or equivalent
Approximately five to ten years work experience in business or technical operations, general business, or marketing
Strong analytical thinking, analysis, problem solving skills, process orientation, and business acumen skills
Ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives
Knowledge and Skills:
Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Advanced leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management
High degree of flexibility and ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment
