Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Focus:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to present key insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Support inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement planning through data-driven analysis.
• Assist in coordinating logistics and distribution processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and logistics, to streamline supply chain activities.
• Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to manipulate data and support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of supply chain transactions and performance metrics.

Skill Set:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Foundational knowledge of supply chain concepts, including logistics, inventory management, and procurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience through an internship or entry-level role in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database management tools for data querying and reporting.
• Exposure to ERP or supply chain management software is a plus.
