Position Overview: We’re seeking enthusiastic and driven Solar Sales Consultants to join our team at our high-traffic retail kiosk location. In this commission-based role, you’ll have the freedom to maximize your earnings with an uncapped commission structure. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the process of selecting the perfect solar solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and Educate: Proactively approach customers at our kiosk to introduce them to our solar products and services.
Consult and Recommend: Assess customer needs and recommend personalized solar solutions that align with their goals and budget.
Drive Sales: Leverage your sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets, benefiting from an uncapped commission structure.
Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with customers, providing exceptional service throughout their decision-making process.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company updates to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus, but we’re open to training motivated individuals with a passion for renewable energy.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive your own success in a commission-based environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate peak shopping times.
