We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lab Manager to join our System Level Test (SLT) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the SLT engineering lab, overseeing a team of technicians, and ensuring the smooth operation of lab activities. This role requires a strong background in system-level test product engineering, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily lab operations, assembling, verifying, and maintaining SLT system setups, ensuring lab safety and organization, leading and managing a team of technicians, approving timecards, conducting meetings and training, managing system-level debugging, validation, and data collection, coordinating hardware receiving and shipping, managing reworks, repairs, and upgrades for Tegra & GPU projects, purchasing lab items, budgeting and working with finance, and collaborating with various departments for lab maintenance and certification. Requirements include an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years overall experience, 2+ years in system-level test product engineering and lab management, strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, experience with inventory management and budgeting, and knowledge of hardware interfaces and protocols. Preferred qualifications include experience with JIRA, familiarity with environmental, health, and safety standards, previous experience managing SLT tech for Tegra and GPU projects, and a master's degree.
