Job Description:

Greetings from Aspen Talent Solutions. Calling all Landscape Architects looking to join a rapidly growing and successful firm. Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced landscape architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, and at least 10-years of experience in the field. The candidate will work directly with our senior leadership to plan, design, and manage wide-reaching projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage projects from design to build while being able to fully design projects including amenity areas and front entrances
Design to specific codes in Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and other states in the US
Prepare and present project proposals to clients
Manage a team of architects, engineers, builders, and other professionals to complete large-scale projects
Manage subcontractors, budgets and timelines
Responsible for some business development directly with clients
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in landscape architecture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in the field
Strong design and drafting skills
Knowledge of real estate developments and large-scale amenities
Graphic design experience with CAD software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage a consultant team
Availability to travel as needed
