This position is responsible for the creation and implementation of security strategy and requirements to mitigate risks that threaten the safety and security of company including events, key executives, employees, and affiliated companies. This role will employ a strong strategic and analytical approach in, implementing and overseeing the executive protection security program and event security program; maximizing the value of centralized services, including key business and external partnerships; and building consensus in order to effectively implement program objectives.

$84,000.00 - $139,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
+ Prepares and directs primary and alternate security plans for facilities and locations where company events are held.
+ Provides executive-level protection both domestically and internationally, and independently takes decisive and immediate action in emergency situations requiring innovative solutions.
+ Performs onsite threat vulnerability risk assessments, creates contingency plans, and selects and deploys resources to mitigate perceived threats.
+ Leverages resources and collaborates with diplomatic officials of foreign governments, as well as U.S. Embassy, law enforcement agencies; federal agencies; public safety (fire/EMS); other city, county, and state agencies (health, building codes, transportation, parks & recreation); and private security to coordinate operational requirements
+ Leads with influence and expertise.
+ Actively contributes to division or department leadership team.
+ Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
+ Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
+ Demonstrated ability to use sound, ethical judgement in complex pressure situations.
+ Solid knowledge in security theories, techniques and technologies for multiple security disciplines, along with broad general security knowledge.
+ Extensive experience with security systems and applications
+ Demonstrated experience planning and performing executive protection duties.
+ Demonstrated ability to identify complex security issues and customize, implement/execute innovative processes and solutions.
+ Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
+ Demonstrated experience working with families and children in a high profile executive environment
+ Experience working in the specified area of operations and local FBOs
+ Preferred LEOSA/HR218 certification
+ Demonstrated experience in planning and executing operational plans for large scale, complex events.
Licenses
Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record with 5 or less ARI points, and be able to operate a vehicle during the day or night.
