Houston area law firm has a wonderful opportunity available for a full time/permanent/direct hire Legal Billing/Accounting Specialist.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Commitment to proactive communication and exceptional follow through skills are absolutely necessary for success in this position. 3 or more years hands-on billing and accounting (A/P, A/R and reconciliations) experience.
Electronic billing software knowledge required.
College Degree in Accounting or Business preferred. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and neatness and ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
Aderant and TABS software experience preferred. Outlook & Excel (Intermediate level at minimum). Ability to listen and communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of personnel. Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
