JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for an innovative recruiter with a passion for customer service to join their talent acquisition organization. We are looking for a recruiter who can thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You will drive the effort to find and attract legal talent by collaborating with Recruiting Business Partners (Client Leads), business leaders and HR. You’ll also take on a lead role in various projects that impact the recruiting team’s efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-5+ years’ experience sourcing legal candidates in a high hiring-bar environment
-Ability to successfully manage a requisition load of 7-15 diverse requirements
-Passive sourcing experience; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication and influencing skills
-Strong ATS experience
-Dedication to a world-class candidate experience

-Passion to embrace new technology and automation to optimize the recruitment process
1 year contract with possibility to convert to permanent placement.
