Job Description

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Litigation team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and research support to partners, associates, and clients in all legal matters.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case intake, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Handle trial logistics, including remote office setup, vendor coordination, and on-site trial support.
• Assist with blue booking, cite checking briefs, and creating Tables of Authorities using Best Authority.
• Coordinate with courts, agencies, expert witnesses, and other outside entities for depositions, trials, and arbitrations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years litigation paralegal experience.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification preferred.
• Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Strong knowledge of blue booking and cite checking briefs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Relativity and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and BloombergLaw.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed for trials.

Location: San Francisco

Work Setup: Hybrid

Salary: $100,000-135,000/yr depending on the experience
