Your responsiveness and ability to connect with customers will help foster lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction in our custom woodworking solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for answering inquiries about products, guiding customers through our services, and addressing any concerns with efficiency and professionalism. • Guide customers through our product offerings and services.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
• Monitor chat metrics and feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns positively.
• Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Knowledge of woodworking or related fields is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.
