Loan Closer – Hybrid Role

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Closer to join our lending operations team. You’ll play a key role in managing the loan closing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with approved terms and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review credit files and legal documentation to ensure alignment with credit approvals.
• Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, customers, and insurance agents to fulfill all pre- and post-closing conditions.
• Prepare and finalize loan documentation using systems like Laser Pro and NCINO.
• Schedule closings, issue funding instructions, and initiate wire transfers.
• Support internal staff and customers on loan operations issues.
• Maintain knowledge of systems like Jack Henry and adapt to updates.
• Prioritize daily workflow and complete required training.

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of loan closing experience in the banking industry.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service mindset and a team-player attitude.
• Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.
