Griffin Funding is a national direct lender focusing on Non-QM (DSCR, Bank Stmt, & 5-10 units), VA, and HELOAN loans in 27 states. We are seeking experienced Loan Officers to call and close our leads.

We are GROWING & PROFITING in this market, while others are struggling.

• Ability to broker loans or bank loans as a direct lender

• Experts in VA & Non-QM. Access to Conv, Jumbo, FHA, USDA, Reverse, 2nds, etc.
• 50bps to 100bps on company-generated organic website traffic, internet leads, live transfer, and direct mail
• 100bps on self-generated deals

• 27 licensed states for primary residence loans and the ability to do DSCR BPL loans in all 50 states

Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable on the phone
• Advise borrowers on financial status and available loan options
• Guide customers through the loan application process
• File loan applications and supporting documents
• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
• 5-Star reviews are part of our culture and our standards - they must also be part of yours

​ Qualifications:

• Preferred at least 2 years of experience as a licensed loan officer taking and managing leads
• 2yrs + experience in Non-QM preferred but not required
• Familiarity with financial and lending practices
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be NMLS licensed
• Must be cleared by background check
• ***No license required for Business Purpose Loans (DSCR)***

Earning potential of up to $300,000+ per year!
