This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding new users, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operations. Work Schedule: Training Period (First 4 Weeks): Onsite Monday & Wednesday, 8 AM PST Post-Training: Hybrid schedule – Onsite Monday & Thursday, 6 AM PST Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Mac computers, macOS, and Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads) Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote users Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless setup of Apple devices Support AV systems, Office 365 on Mac, and Apple networking technologies Train staff on the use of Apple products and provide best practice guidelines Oversee IT asset management , including ordering, distribution, and retirement of Apple devices Administer end-user accounts and access management for Mac-based systems Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of Mac IT support or helpdesk experience Strong macOS troubleshooting skills and experience with Apple hardware Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite on Mac , networking concepts, and Apple technologies Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT (preferred) or equivalent experience OSTechnical
