Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to join our team in a fast-paced factory environment in Boonville, IN. These positions offer the opportunity to grow into a full-time role with a leading local employer.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, counting and tracking product boxes, and performing consistent lifting throughout your shift. Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and able to work safely in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Count, label, and stack boxes accurately for inventory and shipping
• Perform frequent lifting of 30-40 lbs throughout the shift
• Monitor machine output for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, factory, or machine operation experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs consistently during the shift
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned
