If you're ready to make a splash in the world of milk production and lead our facility to success, apply now, and let's milk every opportunity for greatness together!What You Will Be DoingAs a Plant Office Assistant II (Parts Clerk) at our milk facility, you'll be responsible for a complex and administrative duties while communicating with various individuals across the organization and industry. You will be required to utilize independent discretion and judgment to provide support across the facility. The Parts Clerk should have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.Main Responsibilities* Responsible for all maintenance inventory including spare parts inventory, production supplies and office supplies. * Keeping a record of all the maintenance and service activities which have been conducted in a facility. * Filling order forms and other documentations for the purchase of spare parts for machinery. * Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules (OSHA) while working. * Efficiently managing time, meeting deadlines and completing all tasks assigned by the supervising authority. * Coordinating work functions with fellow workers and other departments of the organization. * Abides by all safety, GMP and company policies. * Knowledge in bearings, motors, electrical parts and other maintenance parts in manufacturing facility. * Maintain positive relationship with vendors Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments. * Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently. * Ability to create spreadsheets on parts inventoryWhat We Are Searching For* High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college. * 23 years of experience of working as a maintenance clerk. * Experience in computerized maintenance software (PMC).* Physical Requirements, must be able to lift 50 lbs.
