Role: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Salem, OR

Exempt

Your Impact:

• Lead facility maintenance and repairs

• Uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs

• Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team

• Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date

• Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, address maintenance and emergency situations promptly

• You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning

• You are excellent at building relationships, working with others, competence, and have strong personal ethics.
