Your Responsibilities:
  • Apply a "Safety First" approach to every day at Heatherwood.
  • A minimum experience of 2+ years of multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance, or similar experience.
  • Maintain the property's interior and exterior standards.
  • Openness and approachability to feedback and consistent communication
  • Understanding and experience with the following mechanical systems, but not limited to HVAC equipment, plumbing (water heaters, drain clearing, fixture replacement and repair), minor electrical repair, appliance repair, drywall prep and repair, painting, and carpentry.
  • Knowledge of building systems including fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and central mechanical/HVAC systems
  • Solid understanding of general building maintenance, work order management and apartment make ready process.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve maintenance issues.
  • Shared responsibility of "On-Call" schedule with your property and other Heatherwood property teammates.
  • Job responsibility requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, kneeling, stooping, crawling, and climbing.
