The Manager Nursing - Surgical Services is responsible for overseeing and directing clinical and operational activities across multiple surgical and perioperative units, ensuring staff development and quality control. This role requires leadership in managing anesthesia, surgery, endoscopy, and related services within a hospital setting while aligning with organizational values. Candidates must hold a nursing degree, relevant licenses, and demonstrate clinical leadership experience, with a preference for advanced education.
Description
Responsible for the direct planning, leading, organization and control of defined area. This may include responsibility for the 24-hour management of Anesthesia, Surgery, Endoscopy, Electro Convulsive Therapy, Post Anesthesia Recovery Unit, Sterile Processing, and Cath Lab at the responsible Campus. Responsible for staff development, implementation of standards and quality control, and for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.
